Nearly half the bread made in the UK never gets eaten. That’s a shocking waste.

We brew beer using leftover artisan bread from our local Chalk Hills Bakery in Reigate. We’re doing our bit for the growing problem of food waste and, as each of our beers uses a different style of loaf in its recipe, creating unique brews that make the most of such a delicious ingredient.

Our first three beers cover a spectrum from light to dark. Our Sourdough Pale, light and zesty. Our Bloomin’ Amber, a lager/ ale hybrid and our Rye Ruby, dark mysterious and warming. Enjoy!
