Climate change is the greatest threat to human health in history and carbon emissions are to blame.
While much of these emissions are caused by energy use (in the form of electricity, heat, transport, industrial processes, etc.), food (production, and post-farm process such as processing distribution) contribute by as much as 26%.
Hence, by growing our food in our own gardens, often reserved for grass in urban areas, together we could collectively reduce the human carbon footprint. In addition, it is a safe way to obtain pesticide-free food with a superior taste for our children.
Via this channel I and my family would like to share with you the excitement of seeing plants grow and produce food in a small urban garden and we hope to inspire many more to do the same.
On this channel you will get regular updates with plant growth time-lapses and footages from our garden. Occasionally, nature-related videos will also be shared.
