We’re two doctors (the PhD kind — not the stethoscope kind 😄), living a quiet, intentional life between Milton, a thriving suburb of Atlanta, Georgia, and Kisumu, the vibrant city by Lake Victoria in Kenya, with our three daughters.

Through peaceful vlogs and soulful reflections, we share the rhythms of our everyday lives — wellness routines, mindfulness, work-from-home life, parenting, and disability inclusion.

You’ll meet Ms. Alyssa Grace, our joyful youngest who lives with Williams syndrome and lights up every room, Ms. Subi, our wise and steady high school senior, and Ms. Lavender, our eldest, now entering a new season of love and life with her fiancé.
