Mental health x spirituality is something that I struggled with for a very long time: often times my declining mental health keeping me stuck in situations that my Spirit knew I was larger than.
But slowly, like a blossoming lotus, I freed myself from the shackles of a life that wasn't for me, but also my own mind.
I turned my pain, into Purpose.
