The body is but a temporary union of four elements —
earth, water, fire, and air — gathered to form this
borrowed form. Impermanent by nature. Never fixed.

Buddhist teaching offers us a paradox: precisely
because the body is borrowed, we must learn to use
it well. If worn down by pain and imbalance, we lose
even the chance to practice.

Especially for those of us who spend long hours at
a desk — this practice came to me by a quiet stroke
of fortune, a set of DVDs from a teacher known as
Khó-hîng, who taught it freely. I've combined what
he shared with my own reflections and Buddhist
philosophy to pass on to you.

Not a perfect body — just one strong enough to carry
the path you wish to walk.

Join me. Borrowed body. True practice.
