Over its 31 years, AAA Storage has developed and sold 90 projects totaling over 6,000,000 square feet and $450,000,000 in exit value with an average IRR to investors of 19%, net of all fees and carried interest. After over 100 successful single property syndications, the Company transitioned to a multi-property fund structure in 2023. Its first fund, AAA Storage Growth Fund I, launched in Nov 2023 and will close to investors on 12/31/24. With 30+ years of history and a combined 100+ years of real estate experience in its leadership team, AAA Storage is one of the most respected developers in the self-storage industry.
