★2013-2015委由蔡嘉豪建築師及胡宗雄建築師進行修復
★2016 經營團隊為葉晋發股份有限公司，規劃複合式空間
★2025 成立財團法人臺北市葉寬文化堂，傳承公益教育精神

At Yeh Jin Fa, the most typical rice-culture building in Taipei, the past and present history of rice milling factory at Dadaocheng unfolds and enables visitors to travel back in time and experience the golden age of Dadaocheng when the rice trade was booming...
