God woke me up when Convid hit in 2020 and my life crumbled , and everybody I love left me .
It’s been the most difficult journey of discovery , of intense loneliness , of countless tears , but continual strengthening as I’m coming back to the real me .
MY only advice to me is to remain authentic at all times ……no matter how I am feeling at the time , and who criticizes me .
