Welcome to my channel! The name "Nuts and Twigs" for a vegan recipe site is a little tongue-in-cheek. It plays off a common stereotype that vegans and people who eat plant-based diets only consume things like nuts, twigs, and leaves—essentially, it's making light of a cliché.
That being said, while the name is cheeky, I hope you appreciate the humor and understand that this channel will offer much more than just "nuts and twigs."
