Parrots includes over 350 different species. They are found in tropical regions around the world, including South America, Africa, Asia, Australia, Islands.
Parrots r colorful plumage, their ability to mimic sounds and speech, and their intelligence. They have strong, curved beaks that they use to crack open nuts and seeds, which means that two of their toes point forward and two point backward, allowing them to easily grip and climb.
Parrots include the African grey parrot, Amazon parrot, the cockatoo, the macaw, the budgerigar. Parrots are popular , but they require a lot of care and attention, as well as a lot of space to fly and play. In the wild, parrots live in flocks and are social animals, so they benefit from interaction with other birds and with humans as well.
