Welcome to your practice!
You'll find a smattering of stuff on here - everything from short tutorials about poses, pranayama, and chanting, to full practices ranging from 30 to 90 minutes. My classes aim to help yogis possess the immense wealth of resources we ALL have that are unique, inspiring, and powerful. Yoga is the practice of learning to nourish this life - through movement and breath, creation and letting go, stillness and reflection - to unbind the creative process and discover the incredible freedom of heart and spirit that is already yours.
I started practicing yoga and meditation during my teenage years as a competitive swimmer and fell in love with the philosophy, physical practice & mental cultivation. My path has had a lot of twists and turns, injuries, love, depression, and all the rest - because of this, my style is grounded, relaxed, athletic and mindful.
