I’m Shelley, a certified yoga instructor and longtime yoga practitioner. I’ve been practicing yoga since my twenties, and two years ago, I deepened my journey by completing my yoga teacher training. As a dental hygienist, I’ve experienced firsthand how yoga helps maintain stability, strength, and mindfulness—both physically and mentally.
