We just reloaded on our fan fav Wave Training Shirts... just in time for the summer heat!

The original design concept for this shirt came from crossing a rash guard with a casual tee which makes the shirt more on the fitted side. So if you prefer a looser fit, or are in between sizes, best to go a size up.

But, if you like slim fit, this is literally the perfect cut! Great for training or a night on the town.

The fabric is a really comfortable poly "Bird-Eye" sports weave that is sweat-wicking and breathable which makes it great for training.

The baseball sleeves also make you look JACKED!

We just finished packaging up another fresh batch of our favorite Phenolic Serrada sticks.

The smaller length of the Serrada makes them super maneuverable, fast, and POWERFUL!

And the flush silicon inlay handle acts as a shock absorber because Phenolic is so damn hard. Without it, you get some reverberation that can really sting.

In case you are not familiar with Phenolic as a material, it is a composite that essentially takes fabric and combines it with a resin which is then subjected to high pressure and high temperature to solidify and cure, creating a damn hard composite material that will last a lifetime.

We then machine a 2mill inlay into the handle and heat up the Silicon to pull the sleeve into place. Definitely not the easiest process, but the extra effort is well worth it.

We figured it would be valuable for us to record these sessions so we can go back, review the lesson, drill the technique, and practice practice practice!

The other nice part about filming these sessions is we can share them with you. With so much value in each lesson, how dare we keep them to ourselves :)

We're learning a lot while at the same time realizing how much we don't know... Which is a beautiful feeling! And the more we practice, the better we get...

A huge part of practice is repetition, repetition, repetition - That's where things start to solidify to the point where you can start turning up the intensity...

Turn it up too soon, and things start falling apart under pressure (as we soon learned.)

A big part of Kevin Goat's system is starting from the worst possible scenario. Meaning, you screwed things up a long time ago and ended up in a compromised position...

... And now it's time to see if you can get yourself out of that situation and back to safety.
