Tampa Bay Outdoor Grilling Adventures will take you on a journey throughout Tampa Bay and the World discovering new flavors and methods of outdoor cooking. Third generation Pitmaster and Outdoorsman, DJ Smoker will introduce a variety of outdoor cooking recipes, unique locations, techniques, shows, and events from around the State of Florida and beyond.
As always, you should follow all safety guidelines for food preparation and equipment. What I do is only how I do it--you should never attempt anything that exceeds your training or ability.
