Learning about and practising mindfulness has truly changed my life for the better, and it’s something I love to share with others. I've been holding meditation and mindfulness sessions for over 3 years, for both adults and children and I'm so excited to finally record some of my meditations for you to enjoy at home. Meditation is wonderful for relaxation, to soothe our minds and start to heal our hearts, but it is also the practice that builds mindfulness. Some of my videos will explain a little more about mindfulness and I really hope they are helpful.
