Hi, my name is Thu Hà but I go as Annie. I am a founder and director one of the most popular Vietnamese restaurant in Guelph called The Nguyễn’s.
Welcome to my channel where I will share with you all my experiences on how I started up a restaurant business, how I run a successful restaurant, how I turn many of my recipes into a product that’s now available not only at my restaurant, online but also at the markets. You will learn how I stay in business during Covid-19, how I turn around an almost hopeless restaurant into a successful business.
I also have a cooking channel called Cooking with the Nguyen’s where I share my passion of cooking and my heritage, my culture and the beauty of my city, especially the farm and the farmers life.
I will post every week two videos on Monday and Friday.
