Thinking of moving to New Orleans, buying/selling a home here, or trying to figure out which neighborhood is right for you? You're in the right place.

I'm Michael Madsen, a REALTOR® with Rêve Realtors, helping buyers and sellers throughout New Orleans. After more than 20 years selling real estate in Denver, I made the move to New Orleans myself. I understand both the excitement and the questions that come with relocating to this incredible city.

On Living in New Orleans, we'll explore neighborhoods, home prices, real estate, market trends, architecture, lifestyle, and the things you really need to know before buying or moving here. From the French Quarter and Garden District to Uptown, Riverbend, Marigny, Bywater and beyond, my goal is to help you understand New Orleans and make your move with confidence.

If you're considering buying or selling a home in New Orleans, I'd love to be a resource.
