Hi! My name is Shara Carter and I am the owner and founder of Three Trees Counseling formerly Shara Smile, LLC. This is my group mental health practice where we see clients in person in Brentwood, TN. My clinicians also see clients via Telehealth inTennessee as well. I am licensed in Virginia and can see clients via tele-health from Virginia too. With our work, we are striving to help each and every person develop their mental and relational well-being by helping them find and grow their own peace through self-love and self-discovery; ultimately leading to a connected and content life. I hope that I can offer sound clinical tips and insight to help those that may be exploring the idea of counseling, need supplemental work during the week in between sessions, resources, and other helpful thoughts.
