My name is Jestyn Cummings, I am a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt under James "300 " Foster and a USJA certified judo black belt as well as a sports medicine and orthopedic nurse practitioner (ARNP) and the founder and head coach of Nova Ryu BJJ.
