so basically, I was sleeping, completely normal, no interruptions, until I wake up bc my sister was grabbing some water. so, I lay back down but I suddenly get super hot, I turn on my fan and then get super cold and suddenly everything is irritating me. any little noise, so, I put in both of my headphones but then I feel like I need to hit something or do something other than laying down and I felt like I was about to cry. my heart was racing and I was getting hot again so I stand up and go to the bathroom to splash some water on my face and then I slowly calm down. does anyone know wtf this is or is this just a normal thing?
