AMAZING HYDRO-FITNESS WORKOUT FOR GOLFERS! Using upper body exercises to increase mobility and strength. Keep the weights underwater, REVERSE THE GRAVITY IN YOUR POOL! I have been watching this space and there is low end and high end (extreme) but nothing in between. My workout covers the 40-80% intensity for a pool regimen. My demographic would be golfers age 35-65 but the workout is adaptable for other activities or can stand alone. It REALLY is more challenging than you would expect. What is different about the exercises is maintaining the weights (that float), fully submerged underwater. I have not seen this in any other pool fitness videos on the platform(s). I consider this a VERY SPECIFIC DISTINCTION for my workout.
