GP Practice Ally (GPPA) is a unique professional development network, serving the needs of GP practice managers in Ireland. With a membership of over 1700 individuals, spanning at least 65% of practices nationwide, our mission is to enhance the skills and confidence of practice managers in navigating the complexities of primary care service management by providing them with access to information, training, and peer support.

Our vision is a deeply connected community of GP practices, equipped to deliver efficient, quality patient care. Through our innovative online membership community, we provide informative updates, resources, and training; and facilitate peer support and connection. Our annual Summit and in-person training programmes strengthen these community bonds.

We also specialise in designing and maintaining tailored websites for GP practices, enhancing patient access and practice efficiency with bespoke forms, practice policies, and regularly updated patient resources.
