Umananda Gramophone Record Museum & Research Centre- A 30 years hard work personal collection of Umananda Dowerah, the Founder-Collector-Archivist of Assam consits of:
A rare collection of Assamese Gramophone Records and Films and Generation of Gramophones. An About 5000 Assamese Gramophone Records from 1924. The collection includes The First Assamese Gramophone Records sung by Prafulla Chandra baruah 1924 and Collection of Jyotiprasad Agarwalla Real voice, Joymoti Drama, Sonit Kuwari, rare collection of Bishnu Rabha, Phani Sarma, Child Artist Bhupen Hazarika,Mitradev Mahanta, Anandiram Das, Girija Baruah, Miss Harimoti, Gunabala Gogoi, Prafullabala barua, Siva Prasad Bhattacharjya and a huge collection of Pallas (Drama).
