Every number I put on screen comes off my own books — including the ones that make my company look bad. There's a lot of bad rep on truckers and a lot of misinformation out there, and most of it costs somebody money. It's not about staying busy. It's about staying profitable.

My goal is simple: that you know your numbers, and you feel sure about the decisions you're making. This work is learnable, and you're capable of it.
