It’s my goal to share with you the joy of cooking real food and those things that I do in the kitchen for health and wellness. While I was plant based for 10+ years, I have learned that if you focus on GETTING HEALTHY, rather than losing weight, you will find the success you are looking for! It's not about a number on the scale, or a smaller dress size or a body type, rather, it's about getting and staying HEALTHY. There are a lot of thin and very sick vegans and what's worse, they won't tell you how sick they are/have been!
