96 days left to improve my bloodwork.

Today’s full-day food breakdown:

2,336 calories
110.1g protein
199.2g fat
24.8g carbs

Today was a little different. I was out working all day, so I only had time for one big meal when I got home.

Tonight’s meal was basically breakfast for dinner:
eggs, sausage, and cheese.

Calories and protein came in a little lower than I’d ideally like, but carbs stayed low and I stayed on track.

That’s why I’m documenting this process. Not every day is going to be perfect, but I want to be honest about what happened, keep learning, and keep moving forward.

The scale matters, but the real scoreboard is my bloodwork.

97 days left to improve my bloodwork.

Today’s full-day food breakdown:

2,789 calories
193.8g protein
191.7g fat
52.3g carbs

Meal 1 was eggs and bratwurst cooked with coconut oil.

Meal 2 was a taco-style salad with beef, cheese, sour cream, salsa, hot sauce, tomatoes, onions, and lettuce.

Calories landed right around my goal, protein was much better today, and carbs were more in line with what I’m aiming for.

That is exactly why I’m tracking this whole process. I want to stop guessing, stay consistent, and learn what actually helps move my health in the right direction.

98 days left to improve my bloodwork.

Today’s full-day food breakdown:

2,728 calories
150g protein
186.6g fat
108.6g carbs

Meal 1 was eggs with onions cooked in coconut oil.

Meal 2 was sausage with a big salad, cheese, veggies, and dressing.

Calories were right around my target, but carbs ended higher than I wanted and protein was a little lower than my ideal goal.

That is why I’m tracking everything during this 101-day challenge. I don’t want to guess my way through it. I want to know what I’m eating, how my body responds, and what actually helps improve my health.

The scale matters, but the real scoreboard is my bloodwork.

99 days left to improve my bloodwork.

Today’s OMAD/keto breakdown:

2,584 calories
219.9g protein
168.8g fat
41.9g carbs

I broke my fast at 4 PM with a big salad, then had pork steak and peppers for the main meal.

The goal is not to guess my way through the next 100 days. I’m tracking the food, the workouts, the weight, and the process so I can see what actually moves my health in the right direction.
