Lord, I confess that I’ve wandered far from You. I’ve ignored Your voice, followed my own ways, and ended up feeling lost. But today, I stop running. I turn around and look for You. I believe You’re waiting for me with open arms, full of mercy and compassion.
Forgive me for every moment I chose disobedience over faith. Forgive me for filling my heart with things that could never satisfy. I miss the closeness I had with You. I want to be near You again. In Psalm 51:11, David said, ‘Do not cast me from your presence or take your Holy Spirit from me.’ That’s my prayer too, Lord. Don’t let me walk without You.
Breathe new life into my heart. Guide me back step by step. I surrender my will and ask for Your help to stay close to You every day. Teach me to hear Your voice and follow it. Thank You for giving me another chance. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
