My name is Cary and I have a passion for camping and cooking! My wife, my two daughters, & I love the outdoors and always enjoy a good meal.
I've been camping since I was a child and throughout our marriage we have gone from a 2 person tent, to a pop-up camper, and now to our 23' travel trailer. We embark on about 10 or 11 different camping trips each year that vary in length from quick weekend trips to our annual camping trip to the Smokey Mountains that is typically 12 days.
As for the cooking, I am a 'Griddle guy'! I have a 36" Blackstone griddle built in to my outdoor cooking space at home and we have a 22" Blackstone that we take camping. My wife and I are a team and we split the cooking duties at home very well, but I probably fire up the griddle at least 3 or 4 times every week. I enjoy trying new recipes and sharing the final product with others.
