If you're wanting to slow your life down a little (or a lot) and do something fulfilling, origami is a great solution. It is wonderful for stress relief and anxiety. It keeps our hands busy, gives the mind a rest... and calms us down.
Origami can be very helpful as a companion to meditation. Folding a well known origami model brings our attention away from our busy 'monkey minds'. It allows us to tune into our hands, our breathing, our surroundings..ourselves.. and that which is beyond ourselves.
My videos are mainly simple origami models which can be learnt and memorised in a short time. I hope you find them useful.
