Hi everyone ! :)

I spend a lot of time studying and I can't sleep well because of insomnia due to stress and anxiety
So one day, I tried listening to ambience videos and it helped.
It helped me focus while I'm studying and improved my sleep by relaxing me and relieving my stress.
I know lots of you share these problems
I would like to help others too, that is why I created this channel
