Life Transitions is a fully licensed, locally owned and operated Funeral Home serving Chatham-Kent, Sarnia-Lambton. We are James and Lee-Ann MacNeil and our mission is to combine James’ traditional experience with unique personalized service as we change the brand of the funeral home. We are essentially the funeral home without the building.The primary focus for us at life Transitions is to expand and rejuvenate the traditional model of the funeral home. Our families have the opportunity to gather and honour their loved ones in a place that is familiar and comfortable for them. Our goal is to bring the community back into the funeral process by making connections, customizing a tailored and unique experience. We believe ours is the new model for the funeral home, as priorities and expectations are changing. The building no longer needs to define the funeral home, but rather exceptional personalized service offering each family a dignified and affordable service for their loved ones.
