JOHNROSE: The rock poet 🎙 from Deutsches Eck in Koblenz - musician, singer, composer, multi-instrumentalist
In 2015 I started the studio project JOHNROSE with only my own songs and the release of my first album "Behind The Gates". Further albums followed in 2018 with "THE KEY" and in 2020 with "WINGS".
My musical roots lie in the multifaceted 70s in prog, melodic & art rock. I was influenced by such groundbreakingly grandiose artists and bands as Manfred Mann's Earthband, Alan Parsons, Toto, Genesis, Pink Floyd, Kate Bush, Gerry Rafferty and Al Stewart.
My penchant for demanding, melodic and timelessly beautiful rock music full of fantasy and depth is reflected in a warm and powerful sound.
Since 2018 the 🎶 music of JOHNROSE has been performed live by me (Johannes Rösgen, lead vocal, guitar), Paul Bednarek (guitar), Jens Müller (drums), Robert Thomas (keys, backing vocal) and Paul Wydymanski (bass, backing vocal). performs.
