Hello Everyone and welcome to my channel!
You may be wondering why I choose the name "Little Chou Chou's Flock". When I was small, my grandmother, who was French creole and born in the US Virgin Islands, used to call me her "little chou chou" [Shoe-Shoe]. It means, little cabbage, in French. It's an endearing term and given out of love. My grandmother loved birds and had several over the years. I didn't share her passion for birds while she was alive and only recently discovered how much I enjoy them. So, to honor Grandma Ann, I take this name for my channel. It's important to note, I am not a breeder or expert on avian care. I do things my way. Some bird owners may disagree with my opinions, and that's O.K. What I do works for me and my flock. So, If you learn from my videos and they help you in some way, I am happy to have helped! I created this channel to share my passion and love of these magnificent animals. I hope you enjoy them!
