I just uploaded a new tutorial on my experimental channel where I make a simple T-shirt and I show five different ways to finish the neckline. I’m using the same pattern but different sewing techniques. And I know some of you have made questions about this before.

Although this project is sewn at doll scale, the techniques are real garment construction methods you can apply to full size clothing as well. Small details, big differences in the final look.

Let me know in the comments which neckline finish is your favourite?

Hey everyone!

Some time ago, I asked what kind of sewing projects you like the most, and many of you said you would like to make finished garments! 💗

So, I decided to start a new channel just for that! Where I make finish garments and accessories like blouses, skirts, etc. Yesterday I posted a new video where I made a super easy skirt and I think you’ll love it!

Come check it out if you enjoy making full pieces ✂️✨

As some of you know, I have a small experimental channel where I follow my creative whims; usually making clothes at scale. Sometimes it’s for Miss Inch, my half-scale mannequin, and lately for my 1/3 BJD doll.

In my latest video, I made a basic pattern block for her using the same method I teach in my online pattern-making course. So if you’ve ever wondered what that class is all about, this is a great little summary of the process, just in miniature! 👗✂️

✨If you’ve taken the course already, I’d love your opinion . Did I explain it clearly? Does it feel like a good mini-version of what we covered? Let me know in the comments of the video or here!

Thank you, as always, for supporting both my serious and my playful sewing projects 💛

Sometimes, ripped jeans (intentionally) can become TOO ripped! When that happens, the whole knee is out! But there is no need to throw them out, it can be easily repaired, just as I show in this quick tutorial:

The repair blends right into the distressed vibe of the ripped jeans!

I took YOUR advice, concerns and feedback from the recent video where I tried an embroidery loom to try a worn out jeans crotch patch to make a patch that is just as strong and durable as it is aesthetic!

Go check it out and let me know which style you prefer more!!
