Bridging The Skills Gap between Tertiary Education and Organised Businesses

There is a wide gap between what tertiary education teaches and what the industry requires. For instance, the industry is looking for experienced team players who will increase productivity from day one; and for someone coming from an institution of higher learning to easily jump into the industrial production line effectively is not so easy as he/she will likely lack experience and ‘industrial mindset.’ Such in simple terms is what we regard as the skills gap.

We assist students from various learning areas to get organized profitable industrial internship in organized businesses. We also assist learners with induction to psychologically prepare them for the industry.
Through mentorship and guidance, our Interns are constantly rotated on various positions to ensure continuous skills improvement and full understanding of all operations within the companies and the industry they will be serving.
