Victor Delgado with Honor Home Team grew up in Denver, Colorado. He has much love for this state and community and and appreciates all it has to offer. Victor started gaining professional real estate experience in 2004 when he studied business at the University of Colorado at Denver and he is very passionate about Denver’s overall advancement and growth.

From there he knew that he had the entrepreneurial spirit to one day start his own business. At the University of Denver he worked with the CU pre-collegiate program and helped thousands of students achieve their dreams of attending college.

After working with private and fortune 500 companies in lending, including JP Morgan Chase, he gained valuable experience on how to better serve his customers and community. With over 15 years of experience his expertise is in; mortgage lending, appraisals, and reviewing real estate disclosures.

Victor brings a wealth of knowledge, market intelligence and genuineness to each transaction.
