I gotta be honest… fat loss kinda sucks.

I mean, getting leaner is awesome. But the process? Not so much.

❌ You're hungry all the time. (hangry for me 😅)

❌ You're eating the same bland food over and over again.

❌ And the results almost always come slower than you expect. Not cool.

Well... our team decided to say "f*** that!" to bland, boring diet plans.

We created the perfect vegan weight loss meal plan that is actually delicious AND super filling.

When I tested the final version of the meals before filming, I couldn’t even finish the lunch. (plus, the homemade orange miso dressing in this lunch is UNREAL! 😋)

This plan comes in under 1,600 calories, has 111g of protein, and is packed with nutrition. If you need more calories, you can easily bump up the portions or add some snacks.

And the best part? My mom joined me on set as my sous chef for the first time! ☺️ I think you’re going to love it!

It feels good to feel good. 😊

Today is day 46 of my daily movement streak.

Every morning, I have been doing some form of lifting, running, or biking to get my body moving first thing.

I did not set out to start a streak, but posting my daily movement in my Instagram story for a few days turned into a few weeks, and now I am not sure I will want to stop.

Momentum is powerful. 🔥

Honestly, I cannot remember the last time I felt this good.

For the first time in over a year, I have no nagging pains.

I am sleeping better, feeling more energized, and managing stress more easily.

Daily morning movement has become my keystone health habit. It sets the tone for my entire day and naturally cascades into a bunch of other healthy habits.

It boosts my mood first thing in the morning and makes me genuinely happy to start the day.

It helps me keep my stress levels lower.

It ensures I am tired enough to fall asleep before 10 PM every night, so I consistently get 7.5 to 8 hours of sleep and still have time to train before work.

It also ensures that I “ate the mushrooms” early in the day (especially on leg day). That is my vegan version of “eating the frog” because I really do not like mushrooms. 😝😂

You do not need full rest days when you are listening to your body and training with variety.

Some days I crush a heavy leg day at the gym. Other days I jog two slow miles in 25 minutes.

The goal is simply to move my body every morning (more than a walk).

I will share more lessons learned from this journey soon, but honestly, I am feeling so good right now that I just wanted to share, in case it inspires you to move a little more too.
