I gotta be honest… fat loss kinda sucks.

I mean, getting leaner is awesome. But the process? Not so much.

❌ You're hungry all the time. (hangry for me 😅)

❌ You're eating the same bland food over and over again.

❌ And the results almost always come slower than you expect. Not cool.

Well... our team decided to say "f*** that!" to bland, boring diet plans.

We created the perfect vegan weight loss meal plan that is actually delicious AND super filling.

When I tested the final version of the meals before filming, I couldn’t even finish the lunch. (plus, the homemade orange miso dressing in this lunch is UNREAL! 😋)

This plan comes in under 1,600 calories, has 111g of protein, and is packed with nutrition. If you need more calories, you can easily bump up the portions or add some snacks.

And the best part? My mom joined me on set as my sous chef for the first time! ☺️ I think you’re going to love it!
