Welcome to Smiling Souls with Roshani 🤗
A healing space where movement meets mindfulness, and small daily choices lead to big transformations.
I’m Roshani Dodhia, a Chartered Accountant turned Yoga Coach from Mumbai. After a personal struggle with back pain in 2021, I turned to yoga not just for relief, but for renewal. What began as a personal journey soon became my calling.
On this channel, I share beginner-friendly yoga practices, breathing techniques, and lifestyle wisdom rooted in discipline, consistency, and gratitude.
I truly believe; when one person builds a healthy habit, it uplifts the whole family.
Together, let’s unlock the smile your soul truly deserves ❤️🤗
Smiling Souls with Roshani
“I’ll start from Monday.”
I have heard this line so many times.
And honestly, I understand it.
Sometimes it is Monday.
Sometimes it is the 1st of next month.
Sometimes it is 1st January.
And sometimes it is:
“Let the guests go.”
“Let this function get over.”
“Let things settle down.”
“Then I’ll begin properly.”
Recently, I was speaking to someone who genuinely wants to start.
She knows she needs a routine.
She knows she wants to feel more disciplined.
She even says it with full sincerity.
But then comes the familiar line:
“Roshani, let’s do one thing… I’ll start from Monday.”
Sometimes that Monday comes.
Sometimes it doesn’t.
And slowly, one waiting point becomes another.
The truth is, most people are not postponing because they don’t care.
They are postponing because a future date feels safe.
It gives the mind a clean beginning.
A little more time.
A feeling that this time it will be perfect.
But consistency is not built from a perfect date.
It is built from the moment you decide:
“I can begin with one small step today.”
Not the full routine.
Not the perfect version.
Not a dramatic fresh start.
Just one small action that breaks the waiting cycle.
That is exactly what we practice inside the 5AM Consistency Club... a simple morning structure that helps women stop waiting for perfect conditions and start building a rhythm they can return to daily.
If this feels like the support you need, comment 5AM and I’ll share the details.

Most people don’t need more motivation.
They need a simple system they can keep returning to.
I have seen this in my own journey.
There were phases when I knew what was good for me.
Movement. Stillness. Breath. A better start to the day.
But knowing was not enough.
What changed things was not a sudden burst of motivation.
It was having a structure.
A rhythm.
A space to return to even on ordinary, busy, low-energy days.
And now, I see the same with so many women.
They don’t need one more short challenge.
They don’t need one more reminder to “be disciplined.”
They need support that helps them follow through.
That is the thought behind the 5AM Consistency Club Annual Membership.
A live morning space for 365 days... to move, breathe, chant, reflect, set intentions, and begin the day with steadiness.
If this feels like the system you need, comment 5AM and I’ll share the details.

“Hormones love schedule.”
This one line stayed with me.
Recently, I was speaking to one of my 5AM Consistency Club students.
She shared that even though she attends around 4–5 days a week, over the last two months she has started noticing a shift.
Earlier, she would experience more hormonal imbalance, irritability, emotional ups and downs, and erratic energy.
But slowly, she has started feeling more balanced.
And honestly, my first thought was...
Yoga helps, of course.
But how is the 5AM rhythm supporting this so deeply?
Around the same time, I happened to speak to a prenatal yoga friend, and she said something so simple:
“Roshani, hormones love schedule.”
And it clicked.
Sometimes we only think of wellness as movement, food, or exercise.
But the body also responds to rhythm.
A consistent wake-up time.
A predictable start.
A few grounding practices.
A sense of structure before the day begins.
The nervous system starts feeling safer.
The mind feels less scattered.
The body begins to trust the rhythm.
This is what I’m learning again and again:
A daily structure is not just about productivity.
It is also deeply connected to how we feel, respond, and regulate ourselves.
If you’ve been wanting to create a steadier rhythm for your mornings, comment 5AM and I’ll share the details of the 5AM Consistency Club.

Knowing is not the problem. Doing it is.
Lately, I’ve been reflecting on how many women already know what they need.
They know they need to sleep better.
Move their body.
Eat with more awareness.
Take a few moments for themselves.
The awareness is there.
But by the time the day unfolds...
work, home, responsibilities, mental load...
they are left with very little energy to actually practice what they know.
And then it keeps getting postponed.
Not because they don’t care.
Not because they are lazy.
But because there is a missing link between awareness and action.
That missing link is often not more information.
It is support.
Guidance.
A simple structure that fits into life as it is.
This is exactly why I feel so deeply called to this work.
To help women move from unstructured, broken, chaotic days…
to simple, sustainable daily routines that help them feel more steady, more supported, & more connected to themselves.
If this speaks to you, you are warmly welcome to walk with us inside our community and the 5AM Consistency Club.

Health is rarely lost in one big moment.
It slips through the tiny promises we stop keeping with ourselves.
A glass of water we said we would drink.
A pause after meals.
A few mindful breaths.
A small act of care.
Not because we don’t know.
But because life gets noisy.
And somewhere between responsibilities, people, and pressure…
we stop staying with ourselves.
This World Health Day, I’m not thinking about big goals.
I’m thinking about one tiny promise.
Because discipline does not begin with intensity.
It begins the moment you can trust yourself with something small.
And when a woman rebuilds self-trust, one tiny promise at a time,
her energy changes, her home changes, and slowly, her life finds rhythm again.
That is the kind of health that lasts.
✨ If this speaks to you, I’m opening a 7-Day After-Meal Discipline Reset to help women rebuild self-trust through one tiny promise.
Comment PROMISE or use the payment link in bio to join us.
Looking forward to walking together towards a happier tomorrow 🤗

Looking good is easy...
Feeling well is deeper.
I was reflecting today on how much of our conversations naturally go toward the visible.
How we look.
What we wear.
How our skin feels.
How we present ourselves.
And while all of that has its place…
I keep coming back to one quiet truth:
The body is always speaking from within.
Sometimes through fatigue.
Sometimes through restlessness.
Sometimes through the way our days feel rushed and disconnected.
For me, the biggest shift in wellbeing didn’t come from doing more on the outside.
It came from creating a rhythm that supports what is happening inside.
Better sleep.
A calmer start to the day.
Movement that feels nourishing.
A few protected moments that belong only to me.
That’s when “feeling well” began to go deeper than appearance.
And that is exactly what I now help women build...
moving from unstructured, broken, chaotic days
to sustainable daily rhythms that support calm, health, and steadiness.
If this resonates, come walk with us in the community.
Message me SMILE and let’s begin gently.

People often see the smile.
Very few see the small moments that built it.
What is one quiet habit that has changed your energy lately?

“Self-trust is built one kept promise at a time.”
I was thinking about how every meaningful shift in my life began with one small promise I decided to keep.
Not something dramatic.
Just something I kept returning to.
And over time, those tiny moments changed far more than I could have imagined.
Something meaningful is slowly taking shape from this thought… stay tuned.
What is one small promise you want to keep with yourself right now?

750+ days of showing up for my yoga practice… uninterrupted.
Consistency has played a big role.
And somewhere, it’s also about staying with it… no matter how the day feels.
Opening this up "Ask me anything"
If there’s anything you’ve been curious about, feel free to ask 🙌🏻

You’re doing so much…
And still feeling like you’re behind.
The day starts with urgency.
Messages. Responsibilities. People to take care of.
And somewhere in all of this…
You keep moving yourself to “later.”
Not because you don’t care.
But because there’s no space that actually belongs to you.
Most women don’t struggle because they are lazy.
They struggle because their life has no structure that supports them.
So everything depends on mood…
energy…
or when things “settle down.”
And they rarely do.
This is why small, simple habits matter.
Not as another task to add.
But as something that protects you.
A few minutes in the morning.
A pause before reacting.
A moment that is yours... no matter how the day unfolds.
Not long routines.
Not perfection.
Just something that repeats.
And slowly…
You stop waking up rushed.
You stop feeling scattered.
You don’t keep restarting every Monday.
Instead...
You feel calmer in your mornings.
More steady in your decisions.
More present in your day.
Not because life became easier.
But because you finally have something that stays.
A rhythm that supports you…
even on busy days.
If you’ve been putting yourself last for a long time…
This is your starting point.
DM START and I’ll guide you.
