Founded in late 2018 by Idris Balogun and named after his late grandmother, WINNIE is designed, developed and constructed in New York, ensuring the utmost in quality, craftsmanship and creativity. Before launching WINNIE, Balogun worked as a Pattern Maker and Cutter on Savile Row in London and in 2015 he began designing for Burberry as the Menswear Design Director under Christopher Bailey. He went on, in 2017, to become the Senior Design Director at Tom Ford.
