Canada has always been good at building big things in hard places. Railways through the Rockies. Bridges over frozen rivers. Mines a kilometre underground.

That hasn't stopped. There are tunnel boring machines working under Toronto right now, icebreakers taking shape in Quebec shipyards, and engineers flight-testing aircraft through Ontario winters. A lot of it is world class, and most people have no idea it's happening.

Canada Builds is about those machines and the people behind them. How they work, what they cost, and why the rest of the world is starting to pay attention.
