Here's my posting schedule: I drop a fresh 10-minute sequence every Tuesday & Thursday to keep you energized! ⚡️ Plus, I host a full-length class (30-40 minutes) once a month on the LAST Sunday at 3 PM — perfect for a deeper dive! 🧘‍♀️✨ & a Live Feed Flow on the 1st of each month @ 8:30am PST.
