Ethical Hire, formerly known as MCH Employment, was founded in 2019 with a mission to recruit and connect skilled support workers with meaningful employment opportunities.

Over the years, we have expanded our services to deliver high-quality recruitment for support work, aged care, allied health, nursing, and administrative roles, as well as labor hire. Through strong partnerships with registered providers, we have connected over 1100 individuals with families and communities, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.

As we grow, our goal is to expand our service in Melbourne and beyond, offering recruitment solutions.
