POPUP
POPUP (People Upliftment Programme) is a non-profit organisation focused on empowering South African youth aged 18–35 who are not in education, employment or training (NEET).
We take a holistic approach to skills development, personal growth, and employability—transforming lives from the inside out. Our programmes deliver measurable impact: for every R1 invested, we generate R3.21 in educational value across Life Skills, Literacy, Computer Skills, and Accredited Training.
Since 2005, we've trained over 9,400 learners. In 2024 alone, 747 were equipped for the workplace, and 231 were placed in jobs. Our goal: 2,000 job placements by 2026.
We envision cities of wholeness, where every person is treated with dignity, lives with significance and makes a positive contribution.
