I want to learn from others who believe that reading makes everything better. Just by being here, I hope to end the stigma against people who, like me, are older and have other challenges, like anxiety. No video this week for a good reason. I spent my Sunday in the emergency room because of palpitations and three nights of insomnia. Good news is my heart is in good health and my labs came out totally good. And the best news is I fell asleep last night with all the lights on. Maybe that IV of Valium had something to do with it 😆. Asking for healing vibes good thoughts and prayers for continued healing. I love you all. Aloha beautiful people.
