No video this week for a good reason. I spent my Sunday in the emergency room because of palpitations and three nights of insomnia. Good news is my heart is in good health and my labs came out totally good. And the best news is I fell asleep last night with all the lights on. Maybe that IV of Valium had something to do with it 😆.
