Yoga with Sacha is a channel for lovers of yin yoga, hatha yoga, mantras, medicine songs and meditation.
Sacha has been practicing yoga, meditation and mantras since she was just 11 years old, and she has continued these practices for over 20 years. She believes the joys of yoga should be accessible for everyone has had the honour of teaching thousands of people yin yoga, hatha yoga and mantras both in-person and online, at retreats, workshops, classes and festivals internationally. She is certified as a yoga & meditation teacher, has performed mantras internationally and is co-founder of gorgeous retreat accommodation Mandala Yoga B&B -Corfu.
She lives between the Greek island of Corfu and the UK with her husband Ben, son Rafael, daughter Angelina and a small menagerie of stray animals…
