Instituto Aupaba - Regenerative Tourism

Instituto Aupaba is a high-governance Brazilian non-profit organization dedicated exclusively to regenerative design for tourism and territorial development.

Founded by members of civil society, Instituto Aupaba works at the intersection of regenerative tourism, ESG strategies, community-based tourism, cultural heritage, and biodiversity protection, helping build more prosperous, just, and conscious territories across Brazil.

The name Aupaba, originating from the Tupi-Guarani language, means “Land of Origin”, symbolizing our commitment to social, environmental, and cultural regeneration.
For us, tourism goes far beyond economics.
