We share a commitment to the value of the people management profession and corresponding associations. This commitment is to support the development and performance of indviduals, companies and societies.
The EAPM is a purely professional, not-for-profit organisation independent of all employers, trade unions, state or political bodies. The EAPM seeks to promote and develop knowledge of personnel issues, personnel activities, and their importance to industry, commerce and both public and private sector administration. The EAPM pursues the goal of improving the quality of HR management and development and improving professional standards of practice.
