Just because someone online says that moderate drinking is healthy, doesn't mean you need to try to moderate.
Don't let this be an excuse for you to go back to drinking.
Even if moderate drinking was healthy, you'll be just fine without it.

Wanted to share a picture from my vacation. Yes, this is a wolf licking my face.
My husband surprised me with a NYE trip to Sedona and we went to a wolf sanctuary. What I noticed about this trip is there is so much LIFE on the other side of quitting drinking
Before, I would have wanted to spend all day and night drinking (aka sitting around doing nothing)
There was very little sitting around on this trip. It was fulfilling and rejuvenating, and we made great memories
